Can you still get ripped if you quit smoking? -

Well, sure. You-ll have more wind and exercise should proceed quicker, if anything.
It would honestly help you get ripped if you quit smoking and even if u didnt you should quit anyway!
Smoking usually curbs your appetite and causes lack of cardiovascular endurance (shortness of breath, duh).
That-s a tough one, maybe you should supplement your addiction with a strict fitness routine and start becoming more conscious of your diet. It sounds like hard work, but it-ll probably be just as hard to quit smoking. Either way, it-ll be best if you worked on aerobic exercise first (jogging, walking, biking long distance). This is assuming you are not like an asthmatic or have lung disease. Oh, and if you want to get ripped, I-m assuming lean muscle tissue. So, aerobic exercises are still a good choice for that. And if you are at a low weight, sprinting can take off that last layer of stomach fat. I suggest tempo runs, where you jog at a rate without strain one block and sprint sprint the next. IT-ll probably look wierd if a random kid is sprinting down a block, but I usually do it with a cross country team and a track team. maybe a jogging machine.
Why not? All it takes is discipline, determination, dedication - work, work, work, work.
