Can they test you for nicotine and fire you if you-re positive? If you-re off the clock and off the property you should be able to smoke and not worry about getting fired!
You can be tested for nicotine but only if you agree to it just like drug testing. The only way you can be fired is if you signed a statement upon hiring that said you will not smoke and as long as you smoking doesn-t effect your job.
