How do i get the motivation to quit smoking and get back into the gym after not exercising for one year -


i want to lose about 10 kg in 6 months any suggestions on diet and exercise
Find something that inspires you. Getting healthy sometimes isn-t enough to get someone pumped up in the gym environment. Bring your music and listen to something that gets you excited! You need to keep looking forward to the benefits you-ll get out of quitting and joining the gym.

Life will be so much better for you when you-re healthy!
Put your cigarettes next your tracksuit and trainers.

Set a recurring alarm on your cell-phone calendar to play something motivational like eye of the tiger. Set it for the time you usually get home from work.

Imagine yourself as you expect to be after successfully training for 6 months.

Keep a record of your activity and if you fall off the wagon, don-t worry, you will feel differently in an hour or two.
I wish I knew!

I need to do the same thing, but can-t get the motivation!
