How do i quit smoking? -
I want to quit and I could quit if my boy friend would stop smoking around me I think....What realy works when trying to quit.....? I did quit for about 2 months....but I caught him smoking and then I lit one and well ya get the pic...

I used the patch to quit. It-s the hardest thing I ever had to do but it-s worth it. If your boyfriend can-t quit right now, tell him that he cannot smoke around you. He should be able to respect that.
Just because he is smoking, don-t fall back into it.

You can quit even though your boyfriend smokes. Much more difficult, but can be done.
You need psychological support, and he needs some too - you have to make it cleat that he can-t smoke next to you.

there was a stephen king novel about a man who wanted to stop smoking and for this reason he joined a club..and for everytime he smokes they cut a finger of his..so you can atten to that kind of an organization
