How to quit smoking? -
I am trying to find out what the best method for quiting smoking is, other than cold turkeyo rhypnosis. Whether it be patches, pills or whatever. I am looking for a solution for a person that will probably be very hard for them to quit so need a good method.
In the Search for questions slot type in -how to quit smoking- and you will get at least 141 results.
If you cant do it cold turkey see your doctor. I did it cold turkey after 14 years of smoking. I just started working out more and walking alot. Chewing alot of sugarless gum, enough to give me headaches all the time. I wouldn-t waste a dime on products created and/or made by the same as*es that own the cig companies.
The best method for quitting smoking is here:

Read through the info to see why this process works so well. They offer a 100% money back guarantee but you won-t need to use it.

First off, you have to be sure you want to quit. Cheating isn-t allowed. My dad once said if you smoke one cigarette after you quit, then you haven-t quit. I think Nicorette patches are the best way. Also, chew gum, keep a toothpick in your mouth. Don-t suck on candy. It-s fattening, and you will gain some weight after quitting. That is just the way it is. Good luck to you. I hope you make it.
I have a friend who used Chantix. It is a relatively new drug you take for 3 months. It comes in easy to use packs that tell you how much to take. Ask you primary care physician about it. My friend was very successful. She has not had a cigarette in 6 months. The first pack is the starter pack and this is taken for one month. You then take two months of Chantix. You start out with a lower dose and the dose is gradually increased. Chantix is supposed to take the fun out of smoking. One side effect I know of is nausea. Good luck!
