How can one quit smoking without so much irritation and emotional upset? -
I am quitting smoking again. I noticed I am irritable and emotional again. I don-t want those things to ruin my quit as it did last time. Does anyone have any experience, hope, or encouragement to share?

You can try electric cigarettes. These cigarettes are 100% safe, allow you to smoke in non-smoking areas and in public, and will provide you with the nicotine necessary to keep you from becoming emotionally unstable. They look and feel like a real cigarette, but without all the side effects or smell of a cigarette, and they are relatively inexpensive.
I-ve tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend - NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.

You could get addicted to something else. Just something not so dangerous. Maybe get addicted to exercise. It will help...
