let me begin by saying that I don-t smoke but come form a long line of them in my family and friends. One of my friends tried this product. she says what really made her want to try it is the money back guarantee. she didn-t quit. she tried for months to get her money back and eventually just gave up. from what i understand about quitting is that you must really, really want to quit or nothing will work. no as far as iam concerned smoke away dosent do itt. but one thing does hons what?? throw aaway all the junke that out on the market they just want your money--- its al in your head just kep walking away from it,, all of the junke thats on the market is just a gimmick--my uncle died recently of lung cancer in a hospital he died in my arms from years of smoking three packs a day he knew i smoke back then and just before he died he loked at me and says-- the only way your goona quitt is up here he pointed at his head-- and says with all of that junke they sel on the market-- its all up here and his lights were out-- from there on inn that was it for me--

won-t work unless you want it to...i quit cold turkey almost 6 years ago ..have not had one since ... i am 52 and i was a chain smoker..2-3 packs a day..i simply decided i was giving them up and i did ...i chewed on straws ...chewed gum...had hard candy..it was not as hard as i thought it would be..i wish i had done it earlier in my life but at least i did it ..just make up your mind you are going to quit and then just DO IT...good luck and bless you..you can e-mail me if you need moral support
