Has anyone ever quit smoking by being hypnotized does it work? -
i know three people at my work that got hypnotized to quit smoking, and that was over 2 years ago. none of them smokes to this day.
I been told that it works. I quit using nicorette the gum. Cool chill changed my life. It took 10 months but I-m totally free now.
My mother quit smoking by being hypnotized! I quit with the patch and it has been 3yrs for me! Good Luck!
use the patch and get hypnotized too. that will help insure it works. as you wean your way off the patch the hypnosis will help reinforce you , you may need more than one hypnosis session so dont cheat yourself out of success.
