What Were Your Toughest Withdrawal Symptoms When Quit Smoking? -

I have few tough withdrawal symptoms on my own quit, heart palpitations, tingling/numbness sesations in feet and legs, tight chest/flu-like and anxiety. Some of the symptoms last weeks longer than others.

Thanks in advance!
Worst thing for me was really wanting to smoke all the time.

In terms of side effects, I had some muscle pain and a bit of an upset stomach. The palpitations would come and go.

Best thing I found is to exercise more. It-s amazing how much more you can do when not smoking and it really helps to even things out.

Good luck and hang in there!
I quit smoking cold turkey a couple of years ago and the first few weeks were the hardest. some of the symptoms you describe are natural, but you-ll get over them

my best advice would be to make sure you quit completely, don-t allow yourself the occassional cigarette because then you-ll just backslide eventually for sure.
Cravings, mostly. And I was completely scatterbrained, couldn-t focus on anything. The peak of the symptoms comes 3-5 days after you stop, then it gets progressively better. I-m out at something like seven weeks now and for the most part I feel OK.
Anxiety ,..but I rarely quit for more than 8 hours.
Thank you for using Yahoo answers , have a great day !
I had a lot of withdrawals. But I overcame them with lots of help from heroine and crack. I feel great!
