Whats the easiest way to quit smoking? -
My boyfriend made a committment to me that hed quit smoking. This was 2 years ago. Since then he has relapsed. I gave him until next Saturday to kick the habit, WHATS THE EASIEST WAY TO HELP HIM QUIT?

The patch worked for me . But He has to want to quit for himself .There is no way to force him to quit. If he really wants to smoke he will , no matter what you say. Either you love him anyway or leave him . Force will only cause hard feelings .
tell him the consicuesses that he will ahve to go through and KEEP HIM AWAY FROM CIGARS!!
Chantix works great. It is a little pricey but so are cartons of cigarettes.
Sis, don-t give dateline but motivation.. to quit is hard.. try to cut down .. in between offer him sweets or gum..
