Desperatley want to stop finding it more and more difficult it scares me to think I will never quit!!! HELP!!
i quit a few months ago. was smoking 10 a day. gradually cut back. i didnt use any patches or anything, just willpower. so cut back. till i was only smoking 1 right before bedtime which was the toughest one to give up cuz i felt like i couldnt fall asleep. u have to talk to urself. like when ur really really craving u have to remind urself that it-s not going to kill u. keep urself bz. remind urself that it-ll pass n ur doing it for urself n it-s going to be worth it in the end, etc etc etc...control the impulse, take a step back, think, have conversations with urself, find something to do. smokers punctuate their lives with cigarrettes. u need to break that cycle of reliance for regulation. believe in urself. u dont need that cigarette. good luck :)
