Well, I want to quit smoking but I know that I-ll gain weight if I quit. And I want to lose weight. So what do I dooo?

You would only gain weight if you start snacking on more junk.
So just stop smoking and start a healthy diet and work out.
make a diet plan that works for you, only healthy foods!
avoid fast fiood, fried food, junk food and desserts
and dont drink calories!
just drink a lot of water!!
plus cardio! cardio!!

well i would suggest you start working out..
not just here and there..make a routine for yourself..
excercise whenever you feel like smoking too..
kinda like dropping one habit for another..
