How to beat the cravings after quitting smoking? -


I quit smoking 2 days ago, cold turkey, how can I beat these cravings?
all is in your head. the first question is : do you realy want to stop smoking? when you feel weak you can ask one question to yourself : why should i start again when it was so hard to give it up?
or : how can i smoke now, when i am nonsmoker?
it helped me... it will help you...

solutions like drinking water, juices, sport activities,... will just improve your will to stop smoking forever.

one suggestion more : try to be with nonsmokers friends, and with people who will support your great decision.
Make your will STRONG. Have few ex-smoker or non smoker friends as your supporters and cheerleaders. Drink water, chewing gums or sunflower seeds and have a short walk if possible. I know it-s tough but you CAN beat it.

I know two people who have quit smoking and they chew gum like CRAZY. Its sort of funny really because they go to costco and buy the super size packages of gum. But I supposed it is a LOT healthier than smoking and hey...their breath smells 100% better.
