How long does it take for your blood circulation to get back to normal after you quit smoking ? -
I am 22 and have been smoking for 10 yrs. A pack a day for the last 4 yrs. It-s terrible, I know. but I am going to quit and when I do .. I would like to know when my circulation will get back to normal. In the summertime .. my veins in my legs and arms feel like their going to explode. and I-m really skinny so ..yeah, it-s terrible.
