I need to quit smoking? -
i have to quit smoking for about 10 days to pass a nicotine/drug test.
will that be enough time and any tips to help get nicotine out of my system?
Yes, that-s enough time.
When they test for tobacco use, they test for a chemical called cotinine, which is a break down product of nicotine.
It usually only stays in your blood for about 2-4 days, and it-s very rare that they can detect it much beyond a week.
10 days is therefore a very sensible and safe period, long enough to let all the cotinine clear your system, so you don-t need to worry about doing anything special trying to get it to out.
You have to be strict though, and don-t have a single puff, as that will take several days to clear and you don-t know how sensitive their tests are.
im happy that you are trying to quit smoking
dont just do it for 10day quit forever and you could live longer
try those citarette stick things that are made of plastic or try nicotine patches
good luck
