How do i quit smoking and drinking? -
I wanted to forget someone and started smoking and drinking 2 years back?? Went to EGYPT to live for a while but couldn-t forget her then came back to US. Started smoking hukkah and now its a habit...I party every weekend made numerous friends but still cannot forget her. Please help!!! People around me are getting tensed which is making me guilty but cannot stop it.....
Stop buying it and you wont have anything to smoke/drink and you-ll be fine.
