What is the best product to use to quit smoking- the patch or inhaler? -
If you have to pick one, use the patch. The inhaler reinforces the hand to mouth habit of smoking.
Cold turkey! Both just prolong the nicotine addiction in a different form.
no need for the two. just simple determination. i was a chain smoker but i did it 6 years ago and had not return to smoking
no product is the best if u don-t have ur will to quit smoking .u have to want it and help the products the products alone don-t do a thing . good luck :)
use both
Cold turkey is what we did.....
put them down and find something else to do. Nicotine is an addiction but smoking is just a habit. try smoking cloves or pot instead.
