The one on the back of cigarette packs? What advise were you given, was it worthwhile?
Ive just given up with Allen Carrs book,Easyway to quit smoking,millions have done it with easyway,its brilliant.
i foned them a couple of years ago and i didn-t find them helpfull at all

Never had to - I used Allen Carr-s Book - The Easy way to Stop Smoking ... Have been off the fags for over a year, and feel great for it!!!
