Yes, I will pray for you. I smoked for years and quit about 7 years ago. I would cut straws the length of my cigs and puff on them. I would also take used cigs and put them in a jar of water with a lid. Everytime I wanted to smoke, I would smell the jar contents. I know this is gross, but it helped me. Good Luck Honey...You can do it.

my dad started smoking when he was 9. and he died at age 50 but he didnt die from smoking..hope that helped..
