I just quit smoking, what kind of lung and recovery can i expect? -
I have been a moderate smoker (no more than 15 a day) for the past 11 months, i know not long, and after trying to quit a few times this one is sticking, I just want to know what kind of recovery i can expect and the extent of the damage i have done so far.
You could reasonably expect to have a near full recovery of your lungs within 3 to 6 months.
Well done to you, be determined to keep off them.
I find it easy to give up, usually about 3 times a year.
it actually depends on how long you have been smoking for...ur lungs can heel themselfs
