Trying to Quit Smoking Help? -
I have been using the patch to help me quit smoking. However, I am a swimmer and cant have the patch on my body when I am swimming as it might fall off. So I have been putting the nicotine patch directle on my testicles. Over the last couple of weeks I have notcied my testicles seems to be smaller and they are very painful. Has anyone else experienced this?
I tried that too! Unfortunately my testicles developed a cough and became nicotine stained.
